Workforce Mgmt Solution Product Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager contractor for an opportunity at a midsized high technology company, in the workforce management solution space. This is an outbound product marketing role focused on the development messaging/positioning, go to market strategy creation and its execution, and the development of sales and marketing tools.
This is a 3 month, contract to permanent, 40 hours per week role, as a w2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. This is a onsite role at the client´s offices in Daly City, CA.
Responsibilities:
 Understand current solutions and develop messaging and positioning for a set of solutions. This task likely will involve competitive analysis, understanding of customers´ needs and collaboration with internal teams.
 Create go to market plan for solution offerings; work with cross functional teams on buy in and alignment
 Develop marketing materials and sales enablement tools based upon the new messaging and positioning that is created and finalized
Requirements:
 10-15 years experience in Product Marketing
 5 + years experience with workforce management, middleware, analytical or call center management software solutions
 Demonstrated experience building marketing materials and go to market strategies - using a mix of interactive, content, social and sales enablement strategies
 Exceptional organizational, written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills
 Proven track record in taking solutions, software, or services to market
 Demonstrated success leading large, multi-discipline projects with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
 BS/BA required, MBA preferred
