Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
Desired Skills & Education:
Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, Oracle preferred
CPM and/or APICs certifications a plus
Experience using E-Procurement tools
Bachelors' degree in Supply Chain or other Business related field
Description of the Ideal Candidate:
This role is of an experienced supply chain professional. It will require a working knowledge of supply chain methodology and best practices. The ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers must be demonstrated along with the ability to complete multiple, complex, tasks and assignments. Operating in an intense work pressure environment with tight deadlines is a standard feature of the role. The ideal candidate must have the interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people, the self-confidence to bargain effectively and strong sense of urgency to achieve measureable results.

Special Notes: This position is responsible for the sourcing and supply management Activities for building components used in CLIENT building structures. This position is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, selecting and managing suppliers, driving productivity and cost improvements, and working collaboratively with sales and operations to insure the efficient and cost competitive delivery of products such as specialty panels, doors, windows, fasteners, and numerous other miscellaneous parts.
