We are a hard-working, fun team currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A group.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the daily and weekly reporting process and ad hoc financial analysis
-Creating short and long-term P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet models
-Supporting the annual and long-term strategic planning and budgeting process
-Working closely with business intelligence team to extract data and automate reporting cycles
-Providing headcount and operating expense reporting and modeling
- Assisting with monthly close, annual audit and other compliance matters
- Work closely with HR in preparing and monitoring headcount or contractor reporting
- Preparing variance analysis and presentations for senior management including monthly operating reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s Degree in finance, accounting, or related field, MBA a plus
- At least 2+ years of relevant Finance experience
- Ability to have FUN while working hard; high-energy, positive attitude a must
- Experience in high growth company
- Digital media and/or subscription based business experience a plus
- Extremely strong analytic skills; superior skills with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and bias for action
