Manager Human Resources
Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Youngstown, OH
Provide HR consulting services to both manufacturing and non-manufacturing management at both senior and supervisory levels
Lead the union negotiations and labor relations management function
Responsible for leading employee meetings regarding various topics including company policies, benefits, and training programs
Responsible for recruiting for all locations to include sales, engineering, and production employees
Responsible for employee relations including discipline meetings which could lead to termination
Provide direct support for both union and non-union production workforces
Provide accurate and timely human resource administration and reporting
Responsible for implementing company policies and procedures
Responsible for any relocation, salary administration, and incentive compensation programs
Responsible for supporting and monitoring the professional development of direct reports
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in a business related field
5 years professional level human resources experience
2 years of labor relations management/bargaining experience
