- Recruitment Support
1) Scheduling candidate interviews in the USA (specifically need help with Sales/Consulting 29 open positions with 10 are 30 day priority which means it is about to get busy, we are around day 10, Managed Services has 14 with 8 currently critical)
a. Phone screens for managers
b. Face to face interviews for finalists (sales managers are spending time now coordinating)
c. "Pipeline" referrals for Sales – quick hires
2) Assist Emily with recruitment tracking globally
a. Liaison with EMEIA/Americas/
b. # Candidates
c. #Interviews
d. # Offers
e. Etc.
3) Basic screening for common posted positions
4) Basic sourcing/data mining
