5+ years in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management
Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
•Work with company to ensure customer commitments can be met and expectations can be exceeded with a focus on supplier quality management, part qualification, supplier readiness & performance management
•Train and develop high potential team members in Supply Chain Services
•Act as a key stakeholder during the initial phases of new engagements by interviewing, ramp up and work instruction development
• Develop the tools, processes and knowledge base needed to create customer value, build competitive advantage, boost profitability, and ensure service readiness
•Execute statement of work (SOW) for our customer
•Manage budget and provide accurate up to date invoicing
Secondary Job Functions:
•· Add Delivery Team input into company campaigns and proposals when required
•· Participate in Delivery Team activities and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement
•· Interface with Account Management, Talent Acquisition, and other company teams
•· Background or training in human resource management preferred
•· Proven success in implementing strategies that significantly improve business operations
•· Demonstrated success in engaging employees and establishing successful organizational culture
•· Project management experience preferred
•· Strong communication, teaming and organizational skills required
•· Establish cooperative team relationship between offshore and local engineers
•· Experience in the outsourced engineering services business preferred
Specialized Knowledge / Skills
•· Expertise with supply chain roles and responsibilities required
•· Working knowledge of AS9100 quality system preferred
•· Continuous improvement of suppliers' quality, cycle, and delivery performance required
•· Prior experience in managing vendors in the aerospace or automotive industry preferred
•· Familiarity with FAI, PPAP, SAP desired
•· Proficiency with MS Office products required

Education, Training, and Experience
•· 5+ years in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management
•· 3+ years in the Aerospace or automotive domain
•· BS or MS degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering
•· ASQ or similar certifications
