Overview:
Chick-fil-A Talent Acquisition Consultant are highly-skilled, experienced individuals who lead and manage talent acquisition practices to ensure the proper and effective identification and placement of talent. Employees in this role collaborate with internal departments to understand their business functions/strategies and drive the selection process to fill open positions within those departments.
Responsibilities:
•Build client relationship with client contacts with all levels of the organization
Provide selection and assessment expertise to business
•Consultant drives interview and selection process while maintaining strong relationships with hire managers
•Collaborate with key internal clients to understand business strategy, direction, and talent needs
•Utilize strategy information from key businesses/functions to develop a proactive talent strategy
•Build a pipeline of talent for each functional areas supported
•Generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates
Minimum Qualifications:
•5+ years of business experience in a role related directly to talent acquisition or human resources selection
•Bachelor's degree - preferably in business or related field
•Demonstrated passion for identifying talents and strengths in others
•Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
•Track record indicative of high business acumen, including the ability to understand general business
•Computer proficiency including e-mail, Excel spreadsheet, Microsoft Windows, and automated applicant tracking systems
•Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills
•Demonstrated ability to achieve significant results while working independently and with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
•Graduate degree in business or related field
•Experience in behavior-based interviewing techniques
•Proficiency with iCIMS - applicant tracking system
