Title: Training Content Developer
Contract: On Going renewed quarterly
Location: San Jose, CA

-The Training Content Developer will be responsible for developing training content for client project.
-You will work closely with the project team members to design course content that is role based and targeted to transferring specific skills to the end users.
-This individual will design courses for delivery in accordance with the defined Training Plan.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Knowledgeable on use of MS Office applications and screen capture tools
-Understanding of instructional design principles
-Understanding of or the ability to quickly learn subject matter
-Basic understanding of Customer Service roles
-Logical, analytical thought process
-Strong process and training background essential
-Ability to develop training work products such as User Guides, Checklists, Instructor-led training materials or work instruction.
-Strong communication skills (oral and written)
-Experience in writing presenter scripts and developing training materials for train-the- trainer sessions

Proof reading skills
-Ability to communicate with highly technical team members and develop training that can be understood by non-technical individuals.
-Experienced in developing technical training courses
-7+ years of experience
