Title: Budget Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: 1 quarter or 13 weeks(covering someone on leave)
This role is critical to the success of our team operations and requires strong data analysis and utilization of Essbase via MS Excel. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining systems/tools for recording business and financial data. Examining reports to locate and resolve errors. Assemble and analyze data for business reports, make sure data and calculations are accurate.
-3 years of experience are required.
-Other responsibilities include:
Perform department expense and budget forecasting activities, including expense monitoring, accruals, cross-charges, budget transfers, and key month-end analyses and reports.
Support project management/program management activities related to operationalizing key partnership role within our organization
-Support other team operations activities as needed.
-Ideal candidate is located in San Jose region.
1) Handling the FTE budget including POs reconciliation and cross charge.
2) Analytics background metrics and reporting
3) Maintaining Sharepoint
