Title: Project Manager (Operations)
Duration: 6 mos+
Location: San Jose, CA
Experis has an exciting Operations Project Manager opportunity who will be primarily responsible for creating and implementing end-to-end operational plans.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience in Service Operations is a must.
- Experience with Service Methodology including Service Orderability, Sales Process, Change Management, Partner enablement, Support and Business Controls functional areas.
- Experience in executing project plans while working with multiple cross functional teams for multiple concurrent and related project releases.
- Raise visibility to risks uncovered or brought up by cross functional stakeholders, and ensure tasks are completed on-time, within scope and with the allotted resources.
- Work with cross functional teams as part of the governance model and help with project deliverables required for the process, including all deliverables that other teams need.
- Provide communications and status tracking, formally Track stakeholder dependencies and risks that impact deliverables using Excel or other documented approach.
- Drive ad hoc cross functional stakeholder meetings to gain feedback and acceptance of project solutions & deliverables.
- Escalate with manager on any risk or issue that will impact successful project delivery (scope, schedule, budget)
- Provide support to the core team for daily escalations or general operations support that require investigation with broader teams like policy, commerce, channels, customer data team and more.
- Work with team to coordinate creation of new service and pricing to prepare for the ordering enablement of the service offer.
- Gather the correct data for enablement of customers/partners for transactional readiness.
- Determine testing requirements and submit those requirements to the lead to add into the execution scope.
- This role is not a pure project manager role. The role will also involve a significant amount of individual contributor tasks that are required to fill gaps where other cross functional resources are not the owners.
- Project management tools, skill set and experience required - PMP preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and be organized in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to work onsite in the San Jose office.
