Contract Recruiter w/Sales or Financial Services exp position - St Petersburg, Florida
Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a 5 month contract recruiting assignment. The Recruiter will be responsible for executing the recruiting process to include developing the search strategy, sourcing (including but not limited to proactive networking, cold calling, resume mining, database searching, etc.), pre-screening, interviewing candidates to attract, evaluate, develop and qualify.
Qualified candidates will have experience in corporate and or search firm recruiting, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting with an emphasis on recruiting executive/exempt candidates in the field of Sales or Financial Services.
