Virtual Phone Sourcer 2 month contract – Recent Microsoft .NET consultant recruiting experience required
Avanade is the leading Microsoft Gold solutions partner (most MS certifications in many technology areas) with over $1B annual revenue, and the only firm owned by Accenture and Microsoft, so our consultants work on challenging tier 1 enterprise solutions customer projects, not break-fix work.
We need a strong sourcer (decent online and fire-in-the-belly caller who is not afraid to pick up the phone repeatedly)
who will do front-end sourcing all the way through first phone screen for Seattle- based consultants who have
.NET skills (including WPF and SQL Server) and some SDET roles sprinkled in (hiring for non-travel roles that will support Microsoft Corp. directly).
Having the depth of understanding on what these roles mean to Microsoft is key, so the ideal sourcer will:
1. Be based in Seattle area (we are also considering candidates who want to work virtually at any location in the U.S.
2. Want a 2 month gig running from mid-June to mid-August (thus we need to wrap up interviews ASAP)
3. Have completed a sourcing contract or FTE recruiting role at Microsoft within the past year, or same for a Microsoft partner, working to staff roles at Microsoft, with a .NET platform skew (e.g., if you recruited just system engineers for infrastructure products/solutions, that’s not what we’re talking about)
