Recruiter/Sales Consultant position for MDA medical staffing in northeast Atlanta/Norcross
Medical Doctor Associates, the quality leader in medical staffing, is aggressively looking to hire more recruiters for its expanding Norcross corporate office. We offer competitive benefits such as: health, life and dental insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
The Recruiter/Sales Consultant is responsible for all facets of this multi-tasked recruiting role.
Recruitment - sourcing and staffing qualified medical personnel
Sales - marketing and procurement of a strong client base
Account Management - developing, maintaining and deepening client
relationships
And of course, the ability to put all of these facets together!
Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, independent, team player with exceptional collaboration, communication and phone skills. We ask that you bring a minimum of 2-year's sales/recruiting experience, a solid knowledge of MS Word & Excel and a strong goal oriented drive and desire. Some college is preferred. A strong phone sales background is a huge plus! In turn, we'll provide a corporate culture/environment based on integrity and respect and a framework in which you can be successful.
