To continue and add to this momentum, we are looking for a Sr. Trust & Safety Analyst.
As our Sr. Trust & Safety Analyst, you will apply rigorous data analysis, model development and creative problem-solving to make optimized business decisions. In addition, you'll play a critical role working with the Product and Operations teams to tackle a range of Trust & Safety problems such as creating incentives and penalties for customers, improving fraud detection, crafting KPI dashboards, and building predictive risk models – just to name a few. In this role, you will:

•Analyze opportunities and track solutions through data collection and analysis methods to problem-solving
•Leverage predictive analytics and modeling to identify policy offenders
•Track key Operational metrics to ensure Trust & Safety enforcement/impact
•Work with the cross functional teams (Operations, Product) to translate requirements into technical specifications
•Develop, enhance, and maintain in house datasets & tools to optimize operations

To win in this role, you need:

•A highly analytical brain, with a customer-driven mindset
•At least 4 years of experience in a data analysis role
•Solid knowledge of Oracle, SQL (mySQL, mongodb, PL/SQL knowledge a plus), R, SAS, or equivalent
•Strong Excel skills (scripting, VBA skills or equivalent experience)
•Experience with statistical/data mining and data visualization tools
•Experience with fraud detection analysis
•Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities across multiple simultaneous projects
•Demonstrated experience in analysis and presentation of results in a clear and effective manner (via stories and/or visualizations)
•A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science
