Due to explosive sales growth, the North American Telesales team is expanding, and we are currently seeking a Partner (Vendor) Manager to lead an inside sales effort with one of our trusted business partners. The Telesales organization's primary goal is to acquire new small and medium sized business customers. Reporting to the Telesales Leader and leading effectively through our BPO partners, this individual will drive portfolio growth with operational efficiency to meet or exceed targets.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage partner relationship to maximize business results
• Design, track, and manage KPIs with BPO partners
• Analyze key metrics to connect dots and optimize performance
• Achieve new business targets as well as other qualitative and quantitative measures.
• Work with the Client Merchant Services business unit to set targets
• Assist senior management in developing/optimizing sales processes, procedures and sales budgets.
• Work with peer sales organizations to leverage best practices and understand industry trends and business insights
• Contribute to the implementation of workflow process improvements, including both case management and administrative tools workflows.
• Interpret system-generated productivity, quality reports, and survey information used for partner business reviews
• Regularly review team reports and statistics and provide feedback to the partner to optimize performance. Provide regular management reports describing the partner's performance and key findings.
Experience
• 10+ years professional experience in one or a combination of the following areas: Inside Sales Management, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) management, Outside Sales Management, Territory Sales Management, Sales Specific Marketing Management, Customer Support.
• Extensive Sales/Sales Management Experience with Small and Medium (SMB) businesses Accustomed to managing annual revenues >$20m/yr and acquiring >1,000 customers per month
• Detailed experience with sales planning and forecasting
• Sales coaching and development experience
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as SalesForce.com and Siebel.
• Internet-related sales experience a plus
• Payments/merchant industry experience a plus
Education:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
