The Sage Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work for a premiere financial services company in the East Bay, CA. This person will be responsible for leading the implementation of Clarity across the entire bank. This person will project and program manage the entire project from start to finish.
Responsibilities Include
- Manage company-wide initiatives.
- Work with Project Managers and stakeholders in various lines of businesses to complete varying project.
- Act as Project Manager lead for a Clarity implementation effort.
- Establish the scope of what is documented in a charter.
- Make decision and recommendations about piloting the Clarity tool.
- Meet with many stakeholders to establish the best implementation process and document everything.
- Complete execution of any related projects in progress as well as perform analysis, requirements review, and business cases.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Provide thought leadership by advising the business on the best recommended, scalable solutions to achieve their business objectives.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of project management experience within Financial Services
- Deep experience with Clarity PPM or at least one front to back implementation of Clarity PPM
- Proven success leading large, complex projects
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels in the company
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Well-organized; able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Skilled at dealing with the real-time demands of issue resolution, maintaining the highest professional image
- MS Project and SharePoint
Skills Preferred
- PMP certification
Timing: 3+ months to Permanent
