Diversity Recruiter position in the Chicago, Illinois area
Our client is seeking an experienced Diversity Recruiter for a contract recruiting assignment.
The Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting and expected to apply creative, innovative and resourceful recruiting strategies aimed at attracting and hiring quality entry level Sales Professionals.
Qualified candidates must have diversity program management experience and understand tracking and monitoring results of diversity recruiting/hiring.
Must have been responsible for diversity outreach and worked on diversity positions and have done sourcing projects around diversity hiring initiatives.
Must have high volume recruiting experience.
Technology recruiting experience preferred.
