Lead Development Representative Job Description
We are looking for highly organized top sales producers who want an opportunity to work with the leader in Mobile Security. We are looking to hire sales professionals who have carried a quota and have a track record of over achieving.

Sales Rep will make a high volume of calls daily into one of four sales regions in the United States, targeting persons responsible for mobile enterprise security. The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for qualifying prospects, presenting security risks and "pitching" our industry leading value proposition to address mobile email security challenges. While many of the leads and contacts will be provided, this job will require a significant amount of cold calling and self-driven creative prospecting. Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for managing entire sales cycle including: cold calling, pitching via web-ex, quoting, and providing complete sales order package into order processing. The role requires the right blend of the "hunter mentality" to find and close new deals and the "farmer perseverance" to nurture the relationships to sell more licenses to the customers throughout the year. In addition to outbound calling into Territory each rep will be responsible for fielding inbound requests from customers and prospects. Customers and prospects that meet the requirements of Team's Territory (SMB Mid Market) will be ours to harvest and sell, those that fall outside will be qualified and passed on to proper sales channels.

Responsibilities:
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and improve process on the fly.
• Identify and qualify sales leads according to established criteria.
• Proactively make 60+ calls per day to identified prospects.
• Obtain thorough knowledge of company�s product solutions, case studies, and business value to identify and drive qualified leads.
• Achieve or exceed all monthly lead quotas.
• Record all communication, sales and lead qualification activity into Salesforce.com CRM system.

Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of telesales experience in a high-tech, business-to-business environment with outbound cold calling.
o Mobile email Security a plus
o Software Security a plus
o Mobile or Smartphone sales a plus
• Must be a positive, high-energy, self-motivated team player.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral & written) skills.
• Excellent knowledge of telemarketing best practices and proven qualification skills via phone.
• Proven comfort and skill to navigate through all levels of an organization, and dig into a customer�s business to help them improve their operations.
• Deep Internet and Web research experience.
• Experienced and understand how sales cycles work
• Experienced using Salesforce.com or other CRM, plus expertise in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• College degree, BA/BS preferred


Compensation:
• Hourly plus Commission ($12 - $16 per hour)
• On Target earnings of $50,000 - $80,000
• Over-achievement bonuses and no ceiling on commission potential
• Medical Benefits available after 30 days
