Title: Customer Service Manager
Locations: NY, FL, Georgia, NC, Texas (Partial Remote work)
Duration: 12 months (renewable per quarter)

Requirements:
- 3+ years professional experience
- MS Suite Proficiency
- Bachelors Degree required (equivalent experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis)
- Inside Sales/Account Manager background preferred
- Looking for someone who partners well with a variety of others, can overcome obstacles, strong communicator
- Web conferencing/industry experience strongly preferred.
- A proven track record of demonstrating empowerment of issue-resolution and proper use of escalation.
- A very strong balance between being a strategic and visionary thinker and the ability to effectively execute at the task level to support the overall plan.
- Innovative strategy and takes initiative with adoption opportunities.
- Customer Retention: Responsible for meeting or exceeding a 90%+ retention rate by managing the renewal throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Maintain high customer retention rates through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and users within an organization.
- Owns service launch and host enablement for Products and Services, or system integration projects or engagements.
