Summary of the Position
This new position for an exciting new client will provide analytical and data support for CRM campaigns. This includes data pulls from client systems, quality assurance of data processes, producing campaign reports, and using reports to find marketing insights.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct list pulls from client database to execute CRM communications.
Maintain performance reporting on CRM communications and digital media performance weekly.
Conduct basic profile analysis from customer databases.
Manage segmentation and data modeling projects with external partners.
Provide insights to performance of CRM campaigns.
Work well within a team to serve client needs and guide ROI for our campaigns.
Qualifications
3-5 years experience accessing, compiling and analyzing large volumes of transactional data into actionable information. Exceptional recent college graduates will be considered who have done this type of work through assignments or jobs.
Basic knowledge of performance reporting of direct mail, email, and other media vehicles is a plus.
Full knowledge and proficiency of excel is required.
Experience with TerraData TRM or other CRM tools, SQL Server and Microsoft Access is a plus, but not required.
Candidates must possess a solid understanding of basic statistics and consumer marketing. Previous work experience in consumer services/products and or subscription-based businesses is extremely helpful.
Candidates must be self-motivated, DETAIL-ORIENTED and have the ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced, small-team environment. Candidates must be comfortable with constantly shifting priorities
Outstanding verbal/written communication, presentation, organizational and teamwork skills are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word is also required.
Bachelor's Degree. BA or BS in Management Information Systems, Economics or Statistics a plus.
