ACTEVA is adding a motivated and experienced marketing specialist to help develop demand for our products and services. In this role, you have an inside track to move into a marketing management role or other roles at the company after proving yourself through superior performance.

Personal Characteristics:
- Extremely well organized and detail oriented -- able to juggle multiple projects at once
- Enjoys and is comfortable contributing in a dynamic and change/growing office environment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Has a "Get it done!" attitude
- Quality conscious
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced deadline oriented internal marketing department

Professional Requirements/Characteristics:
- B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Minimum of 4-5 years Marketing experience in a Software Company
- Project coordination and management in the creation of marketing materials including but not limited to Emails, Newsletters, Presentations, Web content, Blogs, Promotional collateral, Net-scraping, etc.
- Willingness to accept and incorporate constructive support and criticism into all work a must for this position
- Ability to manage team projects, keep on schedule and work in an ever-changing deadline environment
- Experience in facilitating and managing webinars
- Competent in research and overall information analysis
- Background in transforming technical and factual product feature and function documents into well written positioning documents, sales collateral, web content, etc.
- Experience and willingness to work with and communicate with an off-shore, international team -- be able to communicate effectively about current projects, deadlines, etc. while understanding the need to be available during their working hours to assist them
- Excellent communication skills: must be comfortable and thorough in communicating via telephone and email as well as with the current marketing team
- Able to prioritize and complete work at deadline in a fast-paced environment
- Correct and current use of English with the ability to proofread and basic math skills

Required Software & Computer Platforms Experience:
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Social Media -- Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Wordpress and Salesforce.com
- Hootsuite, Tweetadder. Webinar Software, Marketing Information Solutions (Marketo) -- not required, but a bonus
