The Role: Office Manager
The Location: Austin, TX

CORE Therapy and Pilates is a holistic healing center providing physical therapy, Pilates, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Acupuntcture, Feldenkrais and massage. We offer a whole body approach to physical therapy and fitness. We are also a teacher training facility for Pilates, Gyrotonic and physical therapy continuing education.

We are currently searching for a health-oriented and enthusiastic Office Manager to administer the office scheduling including therapy sessions and classes. This person will be responsible for communicating changes in schedule to staff and clients in a timely manner, greeting clients, answering phones, managing payments, setting appointments and other administrative duties. The Office Manager will also be responsible for verifying benefits information with insurance companies and work closely with the co-owners, therapists and clients. Ten to fifteen percent of the time for this position will involve some personal assistant duties such as coordination of travel arrangements for the owners.

Your Required Skills & Experience:
•You have the ability to work from 7:30 AM – 5 PM, five days per week
•You have three or more years of work experience and a high school diploma; some college is preferred
•You have a health conscious personality and are dedicated to a healthy lifestyle
•You are a multi-tasking pro and can handle multiple priorities simultaneously
•You have a friendly persona with a pleasant phone voice and amiable personality
•Your are known to friends and colleagues as extremely efficient and organized
•You have the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
•You are a quick study and can learn software, office procedures, class descriptions and schedules quickly
•You're adaptable and can handle a dynamic and ever-changing environment
•You are extremely comfortable in a customer-facing role
