Tired of your first job and looking to really start your marketing career? Sounds like you would be a great fit as a Demand Generation Marketing Coordinator at Return Path. The primary mission of the Demand Generation Marketing Coordinator is to empower our lead gen and sales teams with the sales tools, training and marketing support they need to sell Return Path products most effectively. This person will be a key support system in demand generation programs and campaigns.

Responsibilities

Set up, launch, track and report marketing campaigns in Eloqua
Manage regional database cleansing projects and on-going hygiene of leads and opportunities.
Maintain overall marketing communications and web calendar.
Develop and roll out local regional marketing programs.
Provide execution support to industry events, exhibitions and seminars.
Monitor website and intranet content to ensure content remains up to date (e.g., events, speaking engagements, collateral, features)
Coordinate all sales-related communications such as marketing programs, events, email campaigns, etc.
Research new opportunities such as industry events, websites, resources, etc.
Collaborate with Field Marketing Managers in Europe and Asia to coordinate programs and execution.
Work with regional field sales teams and inside sales teams to determine lead generation requirements.
Manage list segmentation and geo-specific reporting in Eloqua and Salesforce.com systems.
Create and deliver regular demand generation reports on campaign plans and results.
Help manage internal communications to keep employees marketing "aware".
Be a champion and go-to person for demand generation department and programs.

What does it take to be successful in this role?

2+ years working in and supporting a dynamic, high-tech marketing organization.
Prior experience using Eloqua, Silverpop, Marketo, or similar
Prior Salesforce.com experience a must
SEO/SEM and Google strongly preferred. Strong Microsoft Office Skills required.
Understanding of the sales process and how to enable sales readiness.
Experience working with external/internal inside sales or telemarketing teams, developing lead flow processes, drafting telemarketing scripts a plus.
Ability to travel occasionally: 10%
