Corporate Sr Recruiter w/Campus exp position with Delta Dallas - Atlanta
THE COMPANY:
This company is a growing global consulting company seeking to hire a Senior Recruiter to add to the Southern Recruiting team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for managing Atlanta recruiting. You will partner with Managers, Recruiting and Executive team members regarding recruiting efforts and leading campus recruiting events across the Southern Region.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years recruiting experience
Campus recruiting a PLUS
Consulting Industry experience a PLUS but not required
Ability to travel for Campus Recruiting events throughout the year
High energy – passion for recruiting – driven – hard working – stability – career minded – focused – business maturity – professional – strong attention to detail – dedicated – excellent communication skills – good follow through skills
Must submit to criminal and credit check
Must be able to work OT and weekends at times
Education and Training:
Bachelor’s degree required
