JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Alliance Program Activation specialist is a hybrid role that involves 80% account management: working with existing alliance partner accounts and SunPower dealers, and 20% marketing support: helping with content creation and project management for marketing deliverables, and reporting on results.
This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, capable of building and maintaining relationships and educating clients and their members about solar. The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills and the ability to increase program participation through strong account management and effective event execution.

*Note this is a contractor position with the goal of hiring as a permanent full-time position.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Account management of Tier 1&2 alliance partners, providing program support and outreach activities to drive solar evaluation signups.
• Coordinate all aspects of Alliance program events (planning events, providing content and marketing materials to drive attendance, to presenting the content both in-person onsite or via web using webex).
• Provide Alliance program fulfillment assigning and educating dealers to support the program (at events and for lead follow up), to reporting on results of each event into Salesforce.
• Track success and fulfillment of alliance partner activities and partner engagement
• Pre-sales work to support new Alliance partnerships that include: research on target companies, setting up presentation appointments and cold calling/outreach to prospective alliance partners.


RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirements:
• B.S/B.A degree is required
• At least 2 years' experience in Sales & Marketing or Account management is required
• Strong at building ongoing relationships
• Well organized with a high attention to detail and knows how to prioritize
• Professional, efficient and effective communicator
• Excellent presentation skills and experience leading educational workshops
• Effective communicator and focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM, email marketing, excel and PowerPoint

Additional skills:
• High Energy, forward-thinking and creative attitude; aggressive in pursuing opportunities and a strong sense of urgency
• Passion for renewable energy a plus
• Interested in a high growth career opportunity with a zealous for developing new processes and improving efficiencies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
