Field Marketing Contractor - Healthcare

Position Description:
This position requires an independent, results-oriented professional with experience in account planning, as well detailed management of events and marketing programs.

Duties include:
Develop and drive industry field programs from inception to end results: understand field needs, execute and measure program success, ensure alignment with segment objectives, and deliver all aspects of the program locally.

• Execute the marketing mix of programs delivery to support the sales goals of the Healthcare vertical
• Manage and execute planned marketing programs/initiatives from start to finish
• Coordinate event venues, speakers, logistics, surveys, operations, sales tools and lead flow
• Track program results, measure program success, & report metrics via SFDC, Eloqua, Oracle BI
• Managing healthcare national and sub-region marketing calendar
• Track program budgets
• Build strong relationships with sales teams, establish credibility and rapport

Competencies/Skills Required:
• 5-7 years of enterprise software and preferably field marketing experience.
• Industry experience is a plus and a willingness to gain expertise in industry trends and business drivers is imperative.
• Experience developing integrated, multi-touch programs to take customers on a journey
• Experience with Industry C-level events for large enterprise customers; account based marketing experience would be a plus
• Proven record working across organizational boundaries in cross-functional teams to achieve results
• Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
