Experis is looking for a Marketing Analyst who will analyze consumer behavior, develop predictive models and execute statistical models to support marketing goals with the following qualifications:
Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access)
- 2+ years using analytics platforms (SAS, SPSS)
- 2+ years using database software (MS Access, SQL Server)
- 2+ years working in a Marketing organization supporting Demand Generation
- Experience using Alterian a plus
- Experience in database administration a plus
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Experience in supporting marketing campaigns through data mining and analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments to optimize customer service strategy.
- Support the team globally, providing stakeholder groups across marketing visibility to each key markets.
- Identification of current and potential customers, aggregating this information, and producing visualizations that depict ability to reach in a simple and concise format.
- Work with a vendor to develop a new web-based platform that enables views of external contact databases
- Maintain the existing platform used to perform all of the analytics and segmentation work, by providing regular refreshes of raw customer and contact data.
- Support in analysis for local and regional planning and execution.
- Source raw company and contact level information in analytics and segmentation
- Load and transform raw information into the analytics platform
- Conduct analysis using the raw information
- Produce visualizations of the analysis and identify key insights
- Act as the Business Lead in the development of the web-based platform for mining 3rd Party external contact databases
- Work with the external vendor, hosting the platform, to take requirements from the teams for the web-based platform and communicate these to vendors.
- Oversee user testing of the beta portal and gather any final changes to be incorporated into the final version
- Communicate release of final version to the user community
- Provide support to user community in cases when platform performance diminishes or is down
- Work with the vendor to manage upgrade to latest platform version
