Magnum Semiconductor is looking for an energetic HRIS & Benefits Coordinator to join our fast paced Human Resources Department located in Milpitas, CA. The HRIS & Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities including global HRIS database maintenance and improvement, North America benefits administration, onboarding activities and other day-to-day support and administration.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain the global HRIS database (Workday), administer company-wide programs and drive system improvement projects
• Administer North America benefit plans, process enrollments and changes, reconcile monthly billing statements and assist employees with benefit inquiries
• Administration of North America Retirement Programs
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
• Coordinate the company's employee communication meetings and events
• Participate in the tracking of departmental and company measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals (i.e. monthly headcount reports, BOD meeting prep and metric reports)
Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant HRIS work experience with high-tech industry experience
• Strong HRIS database management experience, familiarity with Workday a plus
• Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite – especially in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills
• Positive, proactive and able to always exercise good judgment
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
