Job Summary

Robert Half is seeking a creative and motivated Senior HR Program Manager who will research, present, develop, and manage various talent management programs across Robert Half. We are looking for a results orientated candidate to play a vital role on our fast paced and innovative programs team.

The Senior HR Program Manager will independently manage multiple and concurrent talent program related projects, as well as ad hoc projects, that range in size and complexity. This includes creating project plans and communication and change management strategies. Lead project meetings and taskforces, manage and execute project deliverables and deadlines independently and/or through others, and ensure delivery of high quality services. Act as an SME providing consultation on project execution, communication, cross functional teams and taskforces based on best practice research. Partner with HR or internal clients to roll projects out to appropriate audiences. Develop and manage budgets for various programs.

The Senior HR Program Manager will continually review existing programs to identify and implement enhancements and efficiencies to ensure consistent program improvement. Strategically research talent management trends, integrate them with RH���s talent management programs, and make recommendations for new programs or changes to existing programs based on gaps within program offerings. Consider impact to existing talent management programs as well as future gaps and programs. Consider global perspective when developing new programs to allow for implementation to various RH audiences.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in business or HR related area required. MA/MS degree preferred.

• HR, project management, and/or system administration training or certification preferred.

• 7+ years' experience in a large public corporate environment with 4+ years' managing and executing large HR projects/programs.

• Proven experience developing and rolling out new programs based on talent management trend research and recommendations.

• Proven experience leading completion of project deliverables across cross-functional teams, successfully meeting deadlines.

• Highly proficient in MS Office.

• Based on assigned programs, talent management system experience may be required or preferred.

• Demonstrated experience working in/with: a HRMS system (creating queries, troubleshooting) preferably with ADP, troubleshooting systems with multiple integration points, system implementations.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot systematic problems, identify solutions to both business and systematic issues, and use sound judgment and logic to make decisions.
