Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time Telesales Program Manager consultant for our client, Lexmark, located in Lexington, KY. The Telesales Program Manager is responsible for managing all programs and projects that the Telesales/Telemarketing vendor team utilizes on a global scale.

The Program Manager is also responsible for the day to day management of campaign projects and how they are being shared with the Telesales vendor, coordinating with the Marcom team, and ensuring that Telesales scripts and materials reflect the corporate message based on established guidelines and milestones for projects are being met.

Specific responsibilities include:

* Manage all Telesales systems that support the team at the corporate level, ensuring vendor is getting the maximum output from these systems and managing the day to day activities

* Manage campaign projects in conjunction with Content Managers, establishing project direction and prioritization – especially the scripting, training, and other materials to support the campaign launch process

* Manage the campaign process with the Telesales vendors globally, conducting and leading weekly meetings with Field Sales, Marcom and contract partners

* Ensure launch deliverables are on schedule based on changing product launch schedules

* Determine what marketing deliverables are required for each campaign launch based on Telesales strategy

* Create campaign launch PowerPoint presentations as required, working with Content Managers, to deliver a quality sales presentation and training tools that communicate offering advantages

* Foster and maintain productive relationships with all functional departments, including Marketing Managers, Sales, product marketing, Marcom, business operations, and Contract Partners staff

* Generate weekly reports of leads going to Sales teams – focusing on conversion rates from inquiry to qualified leads status within the Telesales teams, along with SLAs for how quickly Sales should be responding to Leads

* Develop Quarterly reports for executives to show continuous improvements on lead conversions and revenue generation throughout the year

* Provide quarterly results to key vendors

Skills:

* 4+ years' Integrated Marketing Campaign, Telemarketing or Telesales program management experience, for at least one large B2B technology company

* Exceptional vendor management skills

* IT/Hardware industry experience preferred

* Aptitude to understand vendor technology

* Knowledge of market research disciplines

* Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

* Plot Excel trend lines from conversion rates and lead qualifications across strategic periods

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or similar


Rate: $1,550 per week, as a w2 employee (consultant) of Crawford Group

Location: Onsite at client offices in Lexington, Kentucky. No phone calls please.
