GENERAL PURPOSE
The Associate Field Marketing Manager will provide support to the Direct Sales Channel and the Sr. Field Marketing Manager. Working closely with sales reps and management the position will assist in a variety of marketing and administrative functions focused on driving sales activity & enablement through the channel and vendor programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work with sales teams & sales management to coordinate vendor events - making sure payments are made, coordinating invitations and RSVPs, onsite event support as needed
* Assist Sr. Field Marketing Manager with implementation of programs & projects, supporting sales as needed
* Assist with trade shows by helping to coordinate arrangements, order needed support items and make sure deadlines are met
* Manage vendor program – promote contests, SPIFs, generate excitement & interest in Sales & with vendor community
* Interact with Marketing Communications to effectively communicate with vendors and drive more vendor referrals
* Assist in day to day field marketing activities across the direct channel
* Promote utilization of marketing tools and best practices within the channel. Build case studies to leverage successes.
* Perform administrative functions including:
o Generating Purchase Requisitions for events, memberships, etc;
o Ordering gift cards & managing collection of tax forms;
o Process invoices;
o Create passwords for sales new hires in a variety of systems
o Manage the overall spending of the direct sales marketing budget
PERIPHERAL DUTIES
* Assist with Chamber memberships – renewals, evaluating value, promoting TelePacific on websites
* Channel requests from sales to Sr. FMM as needed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* BA – Marketing or Business preferred
* Some marketing experience desired
* Experience with a CRM and marketing automation tool is a plus
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Detail oriented & high level of organization
* Strong knowledge of MS Office apps including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility to business needs
