Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time Lead Generation Marketing Manager consultant for our client, Lexmark, located in Lexington, Kentucky. The Lead Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for development and execution of lead generation and telesales strategies supporting our client's direct B2B marketing programs. The consultant will support the success of the company's technology solution offerings, while driving programs to maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Develop and drive comprehensive telesales strategy which includes plans for targeting prospects and existing customers, as well as segmenting business decision makers and IT professionals within Fortune 1000 companies
* Create a telesales plan for penetrating top accounts in key vertical industries, such as retail, healthcare and manufacturing
* Engage with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales strategies and business goals
* Engage with product and marketing teams to align strategies and contribute to a comprehensive marketing mix
* Develop and test telemarketing scripts, partnering with telemarketing vendor
* Train telemarketing team on use of script
* Establish ROI by program and present program results to management
Skills:
* 8+ years' lead or demand generation experience for at least one large B2B technology company
* Experience with development of lead generation programs, including inbound/outbound telemarketing or telesales, direct response, advertising, email campaigns, etc.
* Strong written communication skills, including telemarketing script creation
* Solid project management skills
* Vendor management experience
* Flexibility in a fast-paced environment
* Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with all levels of an organization
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar
Rate: $2,400/week as a W-2 employee of Crawford Group
Location: Lexington, KY. No phone calls please.
Hours/duration: Consultant period: 90 days. High potential for conversion to permanent/full time employee of client after 90 days (relocation package may be available)
