Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time/permanent Eloqua Marketing Analyst for our client, Lexmark, located in Lexington, Kentucky.
The ideal candidate has worked for at least one large technology company (B2B) is well versed in marketing automation, marketing campaign best practices, and specifically has hands on experience with marketing data analytics using Eloqua.
Specific responsibilities include:
· Assuring the integrity of project data in Eloqua, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis
· Ensuring the tool is functioning properly, that the customer and campaign information has been passed appropriately vis a vis between Eloqua and Merkle
· Working across both Lexmark and Perceptive software on best practices for Eloqua use
· Discussing business intelligence needs or information with external clients and internal staff
· Providing weekly dashboards of the campaign / customer information within Eloqua
· Preparing and making presentations of the data collected quarterly to upper level management
· Guiding organizations in making strategic customer decisions based on campaign responses in Eloqua – working with the Customer Analyst and Campaign Development Manager
· Participating in ongoing decisions concerning data collections, study design, methodology, and data analysis
Skills:
· 5+ years' Marketing Operations and/or Marketing Analytics experience in Marketing Operations, for at least one large B2B technology company
· Knowledge of marketing automation, and marketing campaign best practices
· Must have in depth understanding of marketing data analysis, including tools, dashboard and reporting experience
· Solid project management experience for prioritizing, managing and delivering multiple concurrent projects
· Must possess solid verbal, written and presentation communication skills
· Thrives in a collaborative and cooperative environment. Must have the ability to work across multiple business organizations and geographies to align with customer segmentation strategy
