[KITlist] Content Management Systems (CMS) Analyst (Lexington, KY)

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time/permanent Content Management Systems (CMS) Analyst for our client, Lexmark, located in Lexington, Kentucky. The Analyst will be responsible for identifying and deploying an enterprise level CMS/Translations tool for the Worldwide Marketing organization, as well as the ongoing reporting and analysis of the information maintained in the system. The successful candidate is a competent project manager with proven experience in selecting and rolling out an enterprise Content Management System. The candidate must have CMS knowledge primarily from a marketing operations/analytics perspective but also possessing strong workflow/technical knowledge.

Specific responsibilities include:

* Identify and deploy a CMS tool to support content for the Worldwide Marketing organization

* Ensure the integrity of content data in the CMS tool, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis

* Ensure the tool is functioning properly, that the content information has been passed accurately between Worldwide Marketing, other Geography teams and translations vendors, out to the various publishing paths, and back again, while tracking the full meta data associated with the customer sets/targets

* Working across Lexmark and Perceptive, along with the Worldwide Web team, on best practices for CMS/ Web Content Management (WCM), Translations, Digital Asset Management (DAM)

* Discussing business intelligence needs or information with external clients and internal staff

* Providing weekly dashboards of the content information within the CMS/WCM/Translations/DAM tool

* Preparing and delivering quarterly presentations on data findings to senior management

* Guiding organizations in making strategic customer decisions based on content availability and geography localization availability

* Participating in ongoing decisions concerning content usage across the globe and within all of the associated systems

* Ability to work across multiple business organizations and geographies to align with content usage strategy


Skills:

* 5+ years Marketing Operations, Analytics experience for at least one large B2B technology company

* Solid enterprise project management experience is required; PMP a strong plus

* Proven experience selecting and rolling out an enterprise grade CMS tool to a worldwide organization

* In depth understanding of marketing data analysis, including tools, dashboard and reporting experience

* Solid verbal, written and presentation skills

* Thrives in a collaborative and cooperative environment. Must have the ability to work across multiple business organizations and geographies to align with customer segmentation strategy

* Bachelors' degree

Rate: D.O.E as full time employee of client
