* Provide a portal where multiple geographically dispersed parties can securely gain access to their data.
* Reduce costs by managing products, processes and people with fewer resources.
* Directly correlate learning to sales pipeline activity.
* Avoid high IT infrastructure costs. Maintain internal processes without disruption.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a great passion for sales and an established track record in developing new business; along with a proven ability to identify, qualify and close sales with a solution selling approach. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and grow with the business.

The goal for the role is to focus on customer acquisition and driving significant, profitable revenue growth in the U.S. market.

Success will be measured by:
* Quality of the sales pipeline
* Quarter/Quarter revenue growth
* New customer acquisition plan vs. actual
* Deal profitability
* Identification of opportunities based on varying customer needs and the product portfolio

Additional job requirements:

* Professional sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
* To provide feedback of identified customer/market requirements into development process
* To work with the Operations and Development teams to move opportunities to orders (professional services engagement, licensing deals)

Competencies:

* Proven sales pipeline and revenue generation success
* Successful track record in penetrating target accounts.
* Organization and Planning – plans, organizes, schedules and reports in an efficient, productive manner.
* Focus on key priorities.
* Follow-through on Commitments
* Communication – ability to present and communicate clearly to customers and internally.

Desired Skills and Experience:

* Software licensing sales (SaaS model understanding preferred but not essential)
* Proven track record of networking and building new business with high-level decision makers
* IT Supply Chain/Channel models (vendor/distributor/reseller)
* Selling complex solutions – technical software sales understanding.
* Extremely organized, proactive, energetic, and a team player
* Minimum 10 years relevant experience

Compensation:

* Base salary and commission, paid in USD
* Must be physically located in the San Francisco Bay area
* No relocation package available

Reporting to:
Vice President – Global Sales located in San Jose, CA.
