Staffing Sales Executive for driving new business within a large signed account. Responsible for developing new client relationships, managing existing client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability, and expanding current client relationships. Must be self-managing. New business development and client acquisition, account diversification, technology footprint, leverage industry expertise and create verticals where appropriate) and motivate and manage sales force to meet or exceed branch financial objectives; work closely with sales force to cultivate long-term business partnerships. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus at least 2 years experience in technology sales, preferably in an IT consulting environment. Proven negotiation skills are a must. Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, the ability to deal effectively with clients/candidates at all levels, as well as excellent financial, organization and business skills. Ability to juggle multiple customer accounts and priorities, as well as maintain a high level of initiative is required.
