Acting as Initial point of contact for clients, employees and vendors. Reception, phones, and customer service. Coordination of appointments/activities and calendar for CEO. Coordination of activities among offices. Maintain office inventory.

- Shipping
- Traffic management
Qualifications / Work Experience:
- 2 - 5 years of experience
- Presentable, fluent in English
- Good in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
