Serving as a key business partner to the organization, delivering comprehensive HR services to the business
Fostering a conducive work environment through employee relations activities and communication
Handling employee onboarding and managing the induction and orientation program for new joiners
Implementing new HR policies, procedures, and processes
Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with current employment laws
Educating line managers on changes to any HR policies
Implementing and managing the performance management process, including evaluation cycles, manager coaching, and issue resolution
Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and identifying areas that require improvement
Monitoring critical HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, trainings, etc
Identifying and handling employee complaints, disputes, and grievances and reporting them
Conducting exit and grievance interviews with employees
Managing a team that includes compensation, benefits, and HR administration
Managing the HR budget
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources that includes a management focus in a mid size company
Familiar with different HR systems and processes
Ability to influence without authority skills or experience in indirect reporting relationships
Leadership skills with proven track record of building productive business relationships
Ability to roll up your sleeves and get into the details
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent coaching and leadership skills
High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
Good individual contributor and active team player
Experience dealing with Senior Managers/Leadership
Strong understanding of US employment law
Ability to deliver high employee satisfaction
Vast networking of vendors
Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook
