Manager, Marketing Programs
Apttus' Marketing Program Manager will report into the marketing team and will own all aspects of online marketing. This position also plays an active role in collaborating with the sales team to prioritize and follow up on leads.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
• Manage online marketing programs including website optimization, pay-per-click marketing, social media, and display advertising
• Develop multi-channel marketing programs for target accounts utilizing direct mail, email marketing, and online marketing
• Build, manage, and support effective marketing programs within budget guidelines
• Maintain marketing budgets and reporting including creating actionable reports for senior and executive management
• Create transparency into all marketing activities across business units
•
Required Skills/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a technical field
• 2+ years of experience in online marketing, field marketing or demand generation roles with proven results
• Master at executing innovative and results-focused events, programs and campaigns
• Ability to flourish in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience in working with lead management software (salesforce.com/Marketo)
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
