PeopleScout is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter in San Francisco, CA!
Requirements
1.Minimum of 5 years of full cycle IT recruiting experience is a must.
2.This recruiter will need to be well versed in all areas of social networking and out of the box recruitment ideas
3.Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods
4.Ability to build strong relationships
5.Understanding of recruiting principles and best practices
6.Demonstrated experience in behavioral based interviewing techniques
7.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
8.Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment
9.Strong sourcing and networking skills
10. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
11. Ability to collaborate effectively with others, implementing HR staffing processes, strategies and programs
12. Demonstrated understanding of employment laws related to hiring; OFCCP experience a plus
13. Excellent customer service skills
14. Ability to multi-task; versatile
15. Strong organizational and planning skills; attention to detail
16. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
17. Experience with applicant tracking
