SAN Storage Engineer

Location: Bay Area, CA
Duration: 6+ months
Rates: Open

Skill Set

8+ years of Storage Experience

5+ yrs SAN Storage Administration Experience

3+ yrs SAN Design / Architecture

Strong experience working with HITACHI Data Systems

Experience working with Cisco MDS9509 or Brocade Fibre Channel Switches and SAN, CIFS NFS Based systems

Veritas Volume Manager Experience
Experience working with 50+ TB on SAN storage

Strong Troubleshooting Skills –

Strong Comm skills (written & Verbal)

Must Have:

Hitachi SAN/Storage Experience

Nice to Have

Familiarity working with Oracle database

Knowledge of Solaris Version 9.0 & 10.0
