Description -- The primary responsibilities will be to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions with a focus in Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product Management.
Client Service –Heavy Client Services responsibilities include (1) managing daily information/candidate data tracking, (2) identifying potential areas of improvement, (3) providing information to the client as needed (4) resolving problems, (5) participating in client meetings (over the telephone and possibly in person), (6) maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA
Work Environment
The fast paced environment of an entrepreneurial organization, requires the Recruiter to use judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives. Encumbent will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by the client.
Requirements
As such, the following characteristics and requirements are necessary for an individual to be successful in the position:
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience at all levels including Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product Management.
Strong sourcing and networking skills
Experience with applicant tracking
Demonstrated experience in behavioral based interviewing techniques
PC Literacy - (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to Prioritize and Plan
Flexibility in Fast Paced Setting
Understanding of recruiting principles
Ability to build strong relationships
Ability to collaborate effectively with others
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Strong written and oral communication skills
Structured Responsibilities
Apply sourcing and networking skills - Identify qualified candidates and conduct behavioral based interviews.
