Robert Half International is seeking a Curriculum Developer who will be responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of training materials for the Staff Development Department. The successful candidate will work with management in Staff Development, Protiviti, and RHI, as well as subject matter experts (SME), to develop programs for various areas of the company. The candidate will utilize business expertise and Instructional Development and Design principles to analyze training needs, identify audiences, determine learning objectives, develop course design, write course content, and deliver training programs.
Additionally the candidate will:
-Develop training manuals or other training aids as requested
-Work with subject matter experts (SME) to develop courses that are accurate, effective, and instructionally sound
-Establish project outlines and deadlines for development projects
-Participate in pilot test and revise content based on feedback
-Perform effective project management to meet established deadlines
-Team with Program Managers to structure program implementation
-Facilitate program delivery
-25%-50% travel, some international travel
-3+ years facilitating/developing training programs
-Advanced degree in Business or Education is preferred
-Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
-Experience producing training utilizing one or more specialized delivery modes, such as ILT, CBT or audio
-Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills
-Strong verbal and written communications skills
-Creativity, enthusiasm, drive
-Mastery of Microsoft Office suite applications
