We are looking for a Field Marketing/Event Manager to work with one of our enterprise solutions clients in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Field Marketing/Event Manager will work closely with regional sales teams and field marketing teams to execute marketing events, manage logistics, and support sales in account planning.
This is a 3 month contract (strong probability of extensions), 40 hours per week onsite at the client's offices in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a w2 opportunity with Stage 4 Solutions.
Responsibilities:
•Manages all planning and logistics for regional marketing events
•Provides onsite event support and management
•Works with sales teams on account planning
•Interacts with key company executives to prepare for and execute events.
•Coordination and management of vendor relationships
•Coordinates logistical elements of events: catering, badges/welcome signs, printed materials/agendas, room setup, AV, presentations, seating assignments, etc.
Requirements:
•Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality Management with 2+ years of relevant experience
•Team-player with high energy, a positive attitude and the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with internal stakeholders and external customers/vendors
•Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with executives, senior management, vendors, visitors and peers.
•Highly self-confident and able to solve problems "on the spot" in a calm manner.
•Ability to multi-task while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
•Demonstrated track record of managing, supporting, and executing successful events and communications.
•Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, setting timelines, and driving the delivery of work on multiple efforts concurrently.
