Sr. BA / Business Operations PM - Finance - at large Networking firm based in Bay Area, CA
Rate: up to $65/hr on Corp to Corp; adjusted rate on W2.
Start: Immediate; potentially long term contract.
Local Candidates please : No Relocation is offered
Role: This Sr. BA / Business PM role will have the responsibility of working with project teams in finance operations, overseeing implementation of planned enhancements and projects.

Requirement:
• Must have: 5 years minimum as a BA/PM with hands on experience in authoring BRD/FRD, Business process design / mapping.
• Strong skills in As-is/to-be Business process mapping, gap analysis, requirements elicitation
• Experience with cross-functional team and work on major cross-functional impacting projects.
• Must have sound communications and analytical skills
• Finance background / functional knowledge highly desired [ Bookings, Revenue , Expense etc] - Oracle application Finance modules.
• Candidates with Hi-tech /networking industry experience with background in Finance functions may receive stronger consideration; however candidates with other industry backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable with independently handling basic PM responsibilities (planning, scheduling, status reporting)
• Experience in working with IT to have requirements delivered
• Strong analytical skills in order to understand and drive the plan
• Manage issues and risks through an on-going process of identifying, assessing, tracking, developing and executing risk mitigation strategies
• Effectively communicate the status of projects and escalate issues as appropriate
• Engagement with change management and release management.
• Understanding and experience of SDLC and release management lifecycles.
• Finance experience, MBA preferred
