The Product Marketing Manager oversees all aspects of product marketing from inception through commercial release and subsequent iterations of the product. You will be responsible in developing product positioning, messaging, delivering content, and collaborating with the team to create awareness and generate demand.


As Product Marketing Manager you will:
• Lead the messaging and positioning for new and existing features and products
• Drive adoption and usage of new features and products through innovative launch campaigns, working with the Design team to create a variety of interactive and print materials
• Coordinate with product management on customer targets, features/benefits, and overall product release, sometimes working with Engineering and Operations teams
• Partner with product management to collect customer feedback/research/usage data post-launch to help refine and optimize the offering for future phases
• Work with acquisition marketing team to introduce newly launched features into the existing marketing mix
• Communicate regularly up, across, and down into the organization regarding program plans, success metrics and outcomes, and customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain competitive intelligence to inform both Product Management and Business Development

Qualified candidates will possess:
• 3+ years of professional experience in a product marketing role
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
• Excellent communication skills: listening and understanding and a proven ability to convey complex ideas simply and clearly in written, presentation and spoken formats
• Data driven marketing efforts with a 'test & learn' mindset
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and fast-paced environment with little supervision
• Strong track record of team collaboration and cross-functional work
• Proven ability to add value to the sales process through marketing, sales tools, training and presentation.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Achiever who thrives in a cross-functional team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational needs
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
