Job Description
Robert Half International is seeking a Multimedia Designer who will provide cross-platform design services for multiple mediums and a variety of audiences. This position will be responsible for selecting program format for final output, designing, developing and executing on creative concepts for digital media. Responsibilities include designing online interactive training, presentations, animations, online games, video, print and web projects. The successful candidate must be skilled and knowledgeable in using media to communicate, enrich and engage with a corporate audience. This is a hands-on creative position that must be able to work collaboratively with clients to quickly produce pieces that adhere to the corporate branding and messaging guidelines.
The Multimedia Designer will create a large variety of projects from concept to implementation, providing engaging and innovative learner-based eLearning solutions for various training modalities. Design and develop custom training using Adobe Flash and Adobe AfterEffects, Adobe PhotoShop/Illustrator and other graphic programs. This position will design interactive training modules using Captivate, Adobe Flash and other tools. Educate clients on multimedia design best practices. Collaborate with clients to maintain quality and promote design consistency, aligning with the corporate brand and training strategy.
This position will update current training modules that need design improvement and coordinate with clients to appropriately and creatively find solutions. Republish to corporate universities via SharePoint and VCM. Additionally the successful candidate will research, test and recommend new training software applications to keep pace with emerging technologies and products.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's Degree required, Business, MIS preferred
•Project Management certification is a plus
•4+ years experience supporting an enterprise business system
•Demonstrated project management skills
•Some supervisory, indirect or direct experience preferred
•Demonstrated ability to learn new hardware/software systems directly
• Multi Lingual a plus (verbal and written)
•Working knowledge of MS Office Products
•Working knowledge of RHI business technology systems
