Key Technologies: Citrix XenApp, XenServer-at least 5 yrs, Large company background

 

This role is 100% support work-on phone all day addressing tickets-tier 2 and 3.

-Must have- xen app, xen server, xen desktop experience, printing within Citrix environment experience, profile management experience, active directory, and must have exposure/experience to large environments.

 

Required  Experience:



  • Minimum of 5 years working experience with Citrix Xen App and any other Citrix related technologies.
  • Excellent customer service skills are required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a support call center or desktop IT support center
  • Intermediate understanding of DNS and DNS record management
  • Server Administration Certification or equivalent experience (MCP, MCDST, MCSA or MCSE certification)
  • Citrix CCA certification
