The Sage Group is looking for a Business Analyst to work with the payments and commerce solutions division for our client that simplifies money matters located on the Peninsula. This position will be responsible for simplifying reporting needs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Take key business questions and define the plan for collecting, aggregating and analyzing data to give insight and answers to those business questions.
- Synthesize raw data and help develop clear and concise findings with actionable recommendations to key business stakeholders.
- Manage priorities for marketing analytics plans and partner with key marketing managers.
- Partner with key engineers to clearly define data requirements for marketing analysis and ongoing reporting where needed.
- Communicate findings and generate collaboration on key business topics throughout the marketing organization.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 experience in an analytical role
- Fluency in SQL or other programming languages
- Proficiency in strategically using data to achieve insights and goals
- Extremely strong and analytical skills and rock solid problem solving skills are a necessity
- Exemplary communication skills and business acumen
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly-matrixed and evolving environment
- Self-starter
- Critical thinking and a relentlessly inquisitive nature mindset
