Merchandising District Manager - Frederick, MD
Shelf Tech is seeking an experienced Merchandising District Manager in the Frederick, MD area to manage store level service in major retailers who have stores located in MD, Northern VA, and the Southern portion of PA covering areas such as York, Gettysburg and Chambersburg.
Candidates must have experience managing part time merchandisers in multiple retail locations.
Candidates must be able to anticipate staffing needs to insure timely completion of ongoing service and excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
Candidates must have a home office with high speed internet access, reliable transportation and be able to travel within your markets to meet all deadlines.
Candidates will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day field merchandising operations within a geographical District. This position will also be responsible for hiring, and training field merchandising teams on an ongoing basis. Great opportunity with a great company. Very competitive salary offered.
